Our Response to COVID-19
At Your Eco Friends, we take great pride in our thorough and intensive sanitation and disinfecting protocols. Cleaning rags are color-coded to prevent cross-contamination between rooms, and mop heads are always changed between homes. With that being said, we know that this Pandemic has been rough on us all. Your Eco Friends promises to stay abreast of all the latest news and adjusting our protocols whenever necessary. The health and safety of your family and our team members remains at the forefront of all our decision making.
MASKS
Your Eco Friends requires all staff members to wear a mask the entire time that they are in your home. Masks are encouraged but not required for household members if they will be at home during the cleaning.
GLOVES
In keeping with our eco-friendly mission, we will continue to utilize reusable cleaning gloves as they play a necessary role in reducing waste. Extra time and attention will be put into cleaning and sanitizing our gloves between rooms and homes.
SANITATION SERVICES
While sanitation is an integral part of all our cleaning services, we’ve included a dedicated Deep Sanitation service that thoroughly disinfects all surfaces in your home and cleanses and purifies the air.
OUR EMPLOYEES
All employees are equipped with hand sanitizer and are required to apply it upon entering your home and after cleaning.
Employees are required to stay at home if they exhibit any signs of illness. Temperatures are taken regularly.
Clients will be asked to postpone or reschedule service if any member of their household has displayed any cold or flu-like symptoms in the days preceding their cleaning.
